Permit 12-0159 which was issued 03/19/2012 for replacement of wood on a deck was closed 03/27/2012 when the project passed final inspection. Her grandson said he did mechanical work only, no plumbing. $2,000 value. We issued permit 12-0368, $390 with penalties. Ray will pull the stop work placard and he is going to further advise the grandson on the requirements for HVAC such as elevating the unit. Thanks for getting them to come get a permit. Dianne K. [CRN#2012062886] Based on their opinions, I may be sending the homeowner(Freddie Taylor)to you for some tree mitigation.
