SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On June 5, 2007 the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission (Commission) held a regularly scheduled
and noticed public hearing for purpose of evaluating a rezone from R-4 Low Density Residential to the
City’s new Civic Zone (CV) and final plat applications for Forest Street Professional Condominiums (or
Medical Clinic Expansion.) Approval of this land use action would allow the construction of a 5,545 sq. ft. one
story medical office addition to the existing medical clinic. The Commission recommended Council’s approval
of these two land use applications subject to certain conditions; the conditions are found in the
accompanying findings of fact and conclusions of law.
A development agreement has been constructed, it has been subject to attorney review and the applicant has
been instructed to bring a signed copy to the Council meeting to culminate this land use action.
The complete land use file is available for public review during normal working hours in the Community
Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the findings and conclusions and related development agreement for the final plat SUB-07-4 and
zoning map amendment ZON-07-5, Forest Street Professional Condominiums, and authorize the Mayor
to sign all necessary documents.
