SUMMARY STATEMENT:
There has been some level of confusion or argument whether the City Code language adequately articulates
that condominium projects are subject to the City’s subdivision ordinance (Title 9). Accordingly, the
proposed text amendment language would clarify with some degree of certainty that condominium projects
are subject to Title 9 provisions.
On June 4, 2007 the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission (Commission) held a regularly scheduled
and noticed public hearing, in part, to consider this proposed text amendment and after considering all
testimony - recommended to the McCall City Council that it be approved.
The complete land use file is available for public review during normal working hours in the Community
Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.

Suspend the rules and read Ordinance No___ by title only, one time only.
