Community Development Originator Treasurer Clerk Not a public hearing Police Department Public Works Golf Operations Parks & Recreation Airport COST IMPACT: n/a Library FUNDING SOURCE: n/a City Attorney Grant Coordinator TIMELINE: Other: SUMMARY STATEMENT: On April 30, 2007 the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission (Commission) held a regularly scheduled and noticed public hearing for purpose of evaluating a final plat subdivision with a planned unit development overlay for phase 1A of the Whitetail development. Approval of this land use action would allow the construction of 23 single family lots on approximately 39 acres. The Commission found that these land use applications met the requirements of McCall City Code Title’s 3 and 9. The Commission recommends to City Council approval of these two land use applications. Staff has reviewed the application for sufficiency and believes all conditions of approval have been met. The complete land use file is available for public review during normal working hours in the Community Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt the findings and conclusions and related development agreement for Whitetail Subdivision, Final Plat Phase 1A (SUB-05-01) and accompanying planned unit development overlay (PUD-05-01) and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
