City Clerk, Deputy City Clerk Police Department Public Works Golf Operations Parks & Recreation COST IMPACT: n/a Airport FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Library City Attorney TIMELINE: ASAP Grant Coordinator SUMMARY STATEMENT: On February 6, 2007 the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission held a regularly scheduled and noticed public hearing for purpose of evaluating a mixed use building with commercial space on the street level and a residential dwelling unit located above located in the Central Business District. The proposed building footprint is 2,091 sq. ft. with 3 required parking spaces. The Commission found that the conditional use permit (CUP) application met the requirements of MCC 3.13.03. After considering all public testimony, the Commission recommends approval of the conditional use permit to the McCall City Council. The complete land use file is available for public review during normal working hours in the Community Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt the Findings & Conclusions for the Conditional Use Permit (CUP-06-23) for Roosevelt Place Mixed Use Building located at 1306 and 1308 Roosevelt Place.
