SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On June 4, 2007 the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission held a regularly scheduled meeting for
purpose of evaluating a minor amendment to the Hearthstone Townhouse final plat to adjust the garage
sizes on Lots 27-32.
An application for approval of a minor amendment of final plat was submitted pursuant to McCall City
Code 9.2.07 (K). The minor amendment of the final plat conforms substantially to the preliminary plat as
approved. The Commission recommended approval of the minor amendment to the final plat to the McCall
City Council with a condition of approval.
The complete land use file is available for public review during normal working hours in the Community
Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the Findings & Conclusions for the minor amendment to the final plat (SUB-07-8) for
Hearthstone Townhomes.
