SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Recommended fee increases have been noticed twice, Aug 9 & 16, per Idaho Code . 63-1311A.
The attached Memo and copy of the published Public Notice outline the recommended fee
increases. The Department Heads for each department will discuss the recommended fee
increases, and answer questions. The projection for combined new revenue for each department
is Police: $2280, Library: $351, Parks & Rec: $500, Airport: $27,638 TOTAL: $30,769.
The Department Heads will have details of these projections with them at the Council meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Consider staff recommendations, and discussion of fee increases; weigh public comment
at the Public Hearing; and determine final fee increases, and effective date for a future fee
increase resolution. Staff will then prepare a resolution for a future meeting reflecting the
fee increases.
