The First Idaho Bank has submitted applications in order to hold the Second Annual Street Dance

on Saturday, September 8, 2007 from 5:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. on Lenora Street between 2
Street and Hwy 55. Attached are the requests and applications that have been submitted for your
information and/or approval.

The Chief of Police, Fire Chief, Public Works Street Superintendent and surrounding businesses
