SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Deputy City Manager/Infrastructure & Community Development position has been widely advertised.
Several well-qualified applicants responded, and multiple candidates were interviewed for the position over
the past several months.
The City Manager has extended a conditional offer to Walter Eisenstein, subject to Council confirmation.
Mr. Eisenstein’s resume is attached. Upon Council confirmation, Mr. Eisenstein’s start date will be Monday
September 10.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Confirm the City Manager’s appointment of Walter Eisenstein as Deputy City Manager/Infrastructure &
Community Development and Public Works Director, per McCall City Code 1-9-4(B).
