SUMMARY STATEMENT: Aviation properties LLC is the owner of the building that sits on the leasehold
for the primary FBO which lease is under the name of McCall Aviation, Inc. Aviation Properties leases the
building to McCall Aviation, but doesn’t ‘control’ the underlying land lease. In retrospect, Mr. Scott
indicates that he should have set the lease up under Aviation Properties LLC when he purchased the
business and had the lease transferred to Aviation Properties LLC five years ago. Dan Scott wholly owns
Aviation Properties LLC. This appears to be a housekeeping matter. It is appropriate that this lease name
be approved by City Council to assure that this is properly documented. This request has been reviewed by
the Airport Advisory Committee and recommended for approval by City Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the name on the McCall Aviation Lease be changed to Aviation
Properties LLC and that Aviation Properties LLC assume the McCall Aviation, Inc. lease agreement.
