SUMMARY STATEMENT: In an effort to review costs and potentially improve services, we would
like to issue a Request for Proposal for the position of City Prosecuting Attorney. This review
traditionally has been every three years and the current prosecutor has been in place for three years.
The current prosecutor is budgeted for $51,000 per year. See attached Request for Proposal.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Council approved the issuance Request for Proposals.
