SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Staff from the Community Development Department and the Streets Department worked with the City
Engineer to update and development new standard road sections for City streets and Highway 55. The
following road sections standards have been provided for your review and approval:
1. Curb, Gutter & Sidewalk Standard
2. Standard Curb & Gutter for Downtown District
3. Typical Sidewalk Detail
4. Pedestrian Ramp
5. Driveway Approach Detail
