SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On July 10, 2005, the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission held a regularly scheduled meeting and
approved the record of survey (ROS-05-15) for Samson Trail Business Park with conditions. One of the
conditions required that the applicant enter into a development agreement with the City of McCall.
The complete land use file is not attached but is available for public review during normal working hours in
the Community Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall,
Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Development Agreement for ROS-05-15, Samson Trail Business Park, and authorize the
Mayor to sign.
