SUMMARY STATEMENT: The City of McCall has a lease agreement with Neighborhood Housing
Services for development of housing on 9 lots on McCall Avenue (Greystone Village #3). One of the
new housing units has been sold to Ryan and Jenna Ringer. Accordingly, Mr. and Mrs. Ringer will assume
the land lease for Lot 5, Greystone Village #3.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the transfer of the land lease for Lot 5, Greystone Village #3, from
Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. to Ryan and Jenna Ringer, and authorize the Mayor to sign all
necessary documents.
