SUMMARY STATEMENT: Written Price quotes were requested from Knife River, Valley Paving, and
Devco. Only Knife River responded with a written price quote. LOT funding of $29,323 is made available
to airport for this project. Engineering assistance for this project to Toothman-Ortan is$1,325. We will
award the bid based on unite price, not to exceed $28,000.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve a project in the amount of $28,000 to Knife River for airport
paving from LOT FY 07 funding.
