The meeting was called at 7:40 P.M. by the Mayor.
Members present: nderson,Jordan,Sanden,Tinker and Venable.Widmaier

Minutes of the regualr meeting of April 4 were read and approved
as read.
The communications were read and were filed F there were none
to be answered. -
Sand.en moved,Tinker seconded:To grant Paul Lampros a 3.2 % beer
license for one year.Moticn carried.
Sanden movdd,Jordan seconded:_Tc grant Mrs.Hobbs a cemetery
license for lot number 5 & 6 (S ) Blk.4 Sec.27. Motion carried.
Anderson moved,Tinker seconded:That May 15 & 16 be disignated
as clean-up date and the haulin§ lie done on the 17 & 18. Motion
carried.

June 6 1939.
Mayor
The meeting was called to _order at 7:5o P.M.by the Mayor.
Those present were:Anderson,Jordan,Sanden,Tinker,Venable and Widma.ier.
The clerk read the minutes of the meeting of May 2 which were approved
George Rantz asked for the privilege to sell electric water heaters
without getting a license. As he 7,75-S a resident and no merchant was
h andltn that product he was given the right to sell.
The 4 H.Club asked for the library 6nr their meetings. Anderson
moved,Tinker sedonded:That the 4 H. club be charged 1.0C per meeting
for the library building during the summer. All voted aye upon roll
call.
