SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Our notice of a vacancy for Susie Reddickâs expired term was put in the paper and advertised at
the library, and we have had three respondents. In the mean time, the library board has accepted
the resignation of Robyn Armstrong, who will be living in Chile for the winter, thus creating 2
vacancies. We would like to recommend that Jamie Bell be appointed to fill the vacancy created
by Susie Reddick. This term will expire in Oct. of 2012. We would also recommend that Nancy
Butler be appointed to fill the vacancy created by Robyn Armstrong, which expires in Oct. of
2008.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Appoint Jamie Bell to serve a term on the Library Board of Trustees set to expire on
October 2012, and
Appoint Nancy Butler to serve a term on the Library Board of Trustees set to expire on
October 2008.
