SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City received one proposal in answer to the RFP which was issued by Council. The proposal is
attached for Council’s consideration.
The FY08 budget includes $51,000 for Prosecuting Attorney services.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the proposal from the Williams Law Office to provide Prosecuting Attorney services, effective
December 1, 2007 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
