SUMMARY STATEMENT: Cable One acquired existing telecommunications facilities from Charter
Communications and currently provides such services to customers in the McCall Area. Charter had
installed cable lines across the property on McCall Ave. owned by the City of McCall, in order to provide
services to the owners of Aspen Condominiums and Pinewinds Condominiums without obtaining an
easement for such utilities. The City of McCall discussed the need for such easement with Cable One and
Cable One agreed to comply with re-routing the cable lines in an area of the property that would not
interfere with the McCall Avenue homeowners' use of the property. The work has been completed and the
easement agreement is attached. The easement agreement has been reviewed and approved by the City
Attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approved the easement to Cable One for telecommunications services and
authorize the Mayor to sign.
