SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Idaho Code § 50-467 requires that the Mayor and the Council, within six (6) days following any
election, must meet for the purpose of canvassing the results of the election.
A Resolution will be prepared for Council action after the election judges and clerks have finalized
tabulating the votes. The resolution will be e-mailed to you and the Star-News after 8 pm on
November 6, and hard copies will be distributed on November 7.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Proclaim the election results final and adopt Resolution No. 07-14.
