SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached is a new retainer agreement with White Peterson for City Attorney services. The monthly retainer
amount remains the same, at $5,600. Hourly rates on other matters also remain the same as the current
agreement. The term of the Agreement is from October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008. There are no
other changes to the Agreement.
As before, the agreement provides that services can be terminated early by mutual agreement or by Council
action.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Agreement with White Peterson for City Attorney services and authorize the Mayor to sign
all necessary documents.
