SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On October 2, 2007, the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission held a regularly scheduled and noticed
meeting for purpose of evaluating the preliminary and final plat and final plan for Granite Falls.
The Commission found that these land use applications met the requirements of McCall City Code Title 3
and Title 9. The Commission recommended approval of these two land use applications subject to certain
conditions and a development agreement.
The complete land use file is not attached but is available for public review during normal working hours in
the Community Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall,
Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the Findings & Conclusions for SUB–07-11 and PUD-07-7 Final Plat and Plan, Granite Falls.
Approve the related Development Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign.
