SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Mile High Marina’s Lease will expire December 31, 2007. Staff is currently waiting for the draft lease
extension for Mile High Marina. Our attorneys need to finish the public access language and send this
language Mile High Marina. Our attorneys are having a difficult time verbalizing the condition of public
access if the marina has any future additions or improvements. The Lease extension and Resolution drafts
will be ready for Council shortly.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Mile High Marina Lease extension and Resolution and authorize the Mayor to sign all
necessary documents.
