SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Golf Department is requesting funds to hire an architect to do initial design and cost for a new
maintenance facility for the golf course. A new facility is much needed and we are trying to find the true
cost of replacement so we can determine how to go about funding it.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the use of Council Contingency Funds to hire an architect to begin preliminary design work on a
new Golf Course Maintenance Facility, up to $2,000.
