SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On December 4, 2007, the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission held a regularly scheduled and
noticed public hearing for purpose of evaluating a conditional use permit to operate a bed & breakfast
located at 700 Reedy Lane in the existing building.
The Commission found that the conditional use permit (CUP) application met the requirements of MCC
3.13.03. After considering all public testimony, the Commission recommends approval of the conditional
use permit to the McCall City Council subject to certain conditions.
The complete land use file is available for public review during normal working hours in the Community
Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the Findings & Conclusions for the Conditional Use Permit (CUP-07-19) for a Bed & Breakfast
located at 700 Reedy Lane.
