SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At this time staff is still in negations with potential Watercraft Concessionaires located at Legacy
Beach. Shortly City Council will have a recommendation and attached will be Concession
Agreement(s) and Special Use Permit that would allow the use of the City of McCall’s Boat
Launch Docks and a portion of City Beach on the Payette Lake.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Be prepared to Authorize the City Clerk to issue a Special Use Permit to potential Watercraft
Concessionaires for the use of the southerly face of the southernmost dock at the Municipal boat
launching ramp rear the west end of Fir Street and a portion of the City Beach and approve the
concession agreement with potential Watercraft Concessionaires, contingent upon submission of a hold
harmless agreement and insurance in favor of the City, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary
documents.
