SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Resolution 07-3 updates the authorized signatures on the City’s safe deposit box. The safe
deposit box is used as secure, off-site storage for critical records, including data back-up discs,
tapes and other media.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 07-3 and authorize the Mayor, Council President, City Manager,
Deputy City Manager of Administrative Services/Treasurer, and Information Services
Manager to sign all necessary documents.
