The Commission found that the conditional use permit (CUP) application met the requirements of MCC 3.13.03. After considering all public testimony, the Commission recommends approval of the conditional use permit to the McCall City Council and subject to certain conditions. The complete land use file is available for public review during normal working hours in the Community Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.
