SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The request for proposals (RFP) for watercraft rental concessionaires at Legacy Park has been
further refined, based on the Council’s discussion on February 22.
Attached is the RFP for 2007.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Request for Proposal for Watercraft Rental Concessionaire Use at Legacy
Park for 2007 and authorize staff to distribute it.
