SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On February 6, 2007 the Planning and Zoning Commission held a properly posted and noticed public
meeting. The Commission found that the subdivision met the requirements of MCC Title 3 and Title 9,
subject to certain conditions and recommended the approval of the final plat by the City Council.
The applicant has met the conditions set by the Commission and is requesting final plat approval. A
companion development agreement is also attached for Council approval.
The complete application is extensive and is not attached to this agenda bill. The complete application is
available for review in the Community Development Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions and approve the Final Plat for SUB–06-8, The Timbers
Condominiums.
Approve the related Development Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign.
