SUMMARY STATEMENT:
There is currently a vacancy on the Planning and Zoning Commission. The vacant seat is reserved for a
person who resides in the City who can meet the two-year residency requirement.
Mr. Doug Russell who lives in the City of McCall has expressed interest in this appointment and can satisfy
the residency requirement. (See attached letter and City staff memorandum). The term of the appointment
is for a three year period.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Appoint Doug Russell to the Planning and Zoning Commission, to a term expiring on April 12, 2010,
and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
