SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This request from Rik and Kathy Poston is to split their present two airport building lots that are contained
into one lease to permit the construction of a second hangar, and to permit a lease amendment that permits
two separate leases. The Postons will be responsible for all of the costs to re-survey the lease boundary,
apply for a lot line adjustment, construction, and so forth.
The Postons wish to receive City Council approval for this concept before they hire a surveyor so that they
can apply for the lot line adjustment.
The City of McCall makes no guarantee that they can get approval for the lot line adjustment, the building
permit, or any other permission required to build a second hangar.
There will be a net increase in revenues to the Airport Fund. The Airport Advisory Committee has
reviewed and approved this concept.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the attached lease amendment and split, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary
documents.
