SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Ms. Claudia Delaney, who lives in the City of McCall, has expressed interest in being appointed to the
Planning and Zoning Commission, which is currently comprised of six members with three of them
representing the City’s area of impact and the remainder the City proper.
Ms. Delaney can satisfy the City’s two-year residency requirement. (See attached letter from Ms. Delaney
and City staff memorandum).
The term of the appointment is for a three year period.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Appoint Claudia Delaney to the Planning and Zoning Commission, to a term expiring on May 10, 2010,
and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
