SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached is the new lease for Senior Citizen Center building. The old lease has expired and a new one
needs to be in place. The new lease builds on the terms of the former lease.
Council should review carefully to be sure that the terms reflect what the Council intends the lease to cover
and especially what ongoing expenses will be paid by the City.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Senior Citizen Center Lease and authorize Mayor to sign all documents.
