SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Toothman-Orton (T-O) is the selected Airport Engineer as approved by the City of McCall and the Federal
Aviation Administration (FAA). This professional services agreement pays a survey company who is a
sub-consultant to T-O to perform the very precise survey work for the Localizer Precision with Vertical
Guidance (LPV) approach, and it pays T-O for the pre-design, design, bidding, construction administration,
and grant close out. Wolpert, Inc., is one of the few FAA certified survey companies who will perform the
LPV survey listed at $49,925.00 in the agreement. The remainder will be paid to T-O. The airport
reviewed the scope of services, and the contract price, making appropriate reductions where possible.
FAA and T-O have verbally agreed to the Project and Scope of Consulting Services as detailed in the
attachments.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Toothman-Orton Engineering Company Agreement for Professional Services and authorize
the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
