Mayor Molander called the meeting toorder at 7:40 P.M.
Members present:Anderson, Jorda-n,Sanden,and. 1idmaier.Venable absent.
The clerk read the minutes of the regular meeting of Feb.6 which wer
approved as read.
The State Firemens Ass' n sent a receipt for she 1940 dues, of the Fire
Dept.
An application of Ramie Green for a dray license for the coming
was held over until the next meeting.
Jordan moved,-)anden seconded:That the Board call an election for
electing a mayor ?nd six trustees for the term of two years.Motion
carried upon roll call.
Sanden moved, Jordan seconded:To appoint 0.1 ..Bwayton,Lau.ra Coffman
and :alma 'Meeker as election judges Mot ion carried.
The following bills were read by the finance committeeand approve
by the same:

At 8:30 P.M. the meeting .vas called to order by the layor,the votes
having been counted in the town election.

The clerk read the minutes of the regular meeting ofMarch 5 which
were approved as read.
A letter fromthe Count- Health officer stated that the water showel
no bateria.
