SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall has a lease agreement with Neighborhood Housing Services for development of
housing on 9 lots on McCall Avenue (Greystone Village #3). One of the new housing units has been sold to
Shawn Denise Agenbroad. Accordingly, Ms. Agenbroad will assume the land lease for Lot 10, Greystone
Village #3.

At the May 24 City Council meeting, the Council raised concerns addressing standards of irrigation,
landscaping, and neighborhood covenants, and tabled the agenda item until those concerns could be
answered. In response to those concerns, a copy of the Community Housing Covenants Running With the
Land agreement is attached. This document was approved by Council in October 2006. The issues of
irrigation and landscaping are addressed on page five, in Section 4.3.
Also attached are the forms prepared by the City Attorney for the lease transfer. Also attached for reference
is a copy of the Ground Lease.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize the transfer of the land lease for Lot 10, Greystone Village #3, from Neighborhood Housing
Services, Inc. to Shawn Denise Agenbroad, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
