SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On the April 3, 2007 the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission held a regularly scheduled and noticed
public hearing for purpose of evaluating the final plat and final plan for Whitetail Phase 1A containing 23
single family lots on 39 acres.
The Planning and Zoning Commission found that the application meets the requirements of MCC 3-21 and
MCC 3-22, subject to certain conditions and recommended the approval of the final plat by the City
Council. The applicant has substantially met the conditions set by the Commission and is requesting final
plat and final plan approval. A companion development agreement is also attached for Council approval.
The complete land use file is available for public review during normal working hours in the Community
Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the Findings & Conclusions for the final plat and final plan, SUB-05-1 and PUD-05-1, of
Whitetail Phase 1A and authorize the Mayor to sign.
Approve the related Development Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign.
