MR. L. M. BALL, Chairman
Town Planning Board,
1310 No. Ocean Blvd.,
Gulf Stream, Florida,
Dear Mr, Ball:
At the regular Town Commission Meeting,
held on the above date, the undersigned was directed
to express the desire of the Commission that the Plan-
ning Board review the ZONING ORDINANCE of the Town,
being Ordinance No. 108, adopted in 1952, concerning
possible amendments, revisions, deletions and /or ad-
ditions thereto, which, in the opinion of said "Board"
may be deemed to be warranted and beneficial to the
Town, particularly relative to conformance of Setback
regulations, and specific definitions thereof, with
those appearing on various Subdivision PLATS as re-
corded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County.
The "PLATS ", referred to are those as
established at various times when any given area or
areas were created and platted, and, in part, provided
certain restrictions, which, in many instances, exceed
the regulations and restrictions as set forth and con-
tained in the Town's Zoning ordinance No. 108,
The Commission requests that the Town's
Planning Board act upon this matter at the earliest
possible date and submit its recommendations, pertain-
ing thereto, resulting from its review and study of
said Ordinance.
