Ball Also present: John Klink Dan O'Brien & Engineer Joel Hunter Subject: Consideration of Plans submitted by Candelelaria Corp. for property on Shore Rd. It was established that the proposal meets all re- quirements of theHealth Department for septic tank location and the drawings have been fully approved by the Health Department. There was some discussion of the septic tank and Of its probable operation by Mr. Klink of Russel & 7k Axon but it was pointXd out that these remarks are 1% 17 not pertinent since rfi _ether the Planning Board nor e own has the responsibility or authority to regulate location and installation of septic tanks. Mr. Hunter raised the question of possible drainage onto his property of surface water. Mr. O'Brien assured him that whatever may be necessary to prevent such flow onto his property will be done. Nevertheless the Planning Board voted to delay recommendation for issuance of a building permit for two weeks to give Mr. Hunter additional time to conduct an investigation and report to a special meeting of the Planning Board, 21 Nov, so that these data might be considered w�aand reported to a special meeting of the Town Commigon, 22 Nov.
