The Mayor and Commission of Gulf Stream,
On 1 August 1978 Mrs.Ball and I will cease
to be property owners in the Town and I shall
therefore be disqualified from holding
office. It is with regret that I hereby
tender my resignation from the Town Planning
Board.
The experience of working with the manage-
ment of the town has been a rewarding one.
I would appreciate an opportunity sometime
in the future to attend a commission meet-
ing with my daughter and son -in -law who
are themselves active in promoting good
government in their town, Columbia, Missouri;
I'd like them to observe how nicely a town
government can function.
Thank you for your efforts on behalf of
the town and its people and our thanks to
the police force. Thanks in particular to
Mrs. Gwynn for making my tasks as easy as
possible.
