A request from Mr. D. A. McCrary to tie -in to the Delray Beach
Sewer System was approved by the Planning Board subject to the
following:
1. Construction drawings be submitted for approval
by Russell and Axon, Engineers for the Town of
Gulf Stream at Mr. McCrary's expense and approval
from the City of Delray Beach Engineering Department.
2. At a time when the Town ties -in to the Regional
Sewer System Mr. McCrary's system would become
the property of the Town of Gulf Stream.
This approval is given only for sewer tie -in.
Mr. Harry R. Teel, Designer- Builder requested the Board's review
of preliminary plans for a six unit two story apartment building
to be located on Shore Road. After a general discussion the Town
Clerk was instructed to notify Mr. Teel he must submit a detailed
drainage plan and submit a letter to the Board requesting a variance
to add parking on the east side of the building.

In res Request for the connection
of a property in Gulf Stream
with the Delray sewage system.
Please find enclosed my letter to Mr. Mariott, Delray Beach
City Manager, dated May 17, 1979 and the answer from Mr. Meggers,
Assistant to the Director of Public Utilities, dated May 249 1979.
Also enclosed is a copy of an aerial photograph of the subject area
with an "X" marking the proposed tie -in.
As to the specifications of such a system, I would be guided. by
requirements of both Gulf Stream and Delray, with the costs and per-
mits my responsibility alone. Also I will agree to give the system to
Gulf Stream at your election.
If any additional information is required, please call me collect,

At a Special Planning Board Meeting June 19, 1979 your
request to tie -in to the Delray Beach Sewer System is
hereby granted subject to the following:
1. Your submittal of construction drawings
for approval to Russell and Axon, Engineers
for the Town of Gulf Stream and 'the City
of Delray Beach Engineering Department at
your expense.
2. At a time when the Town becomes part of the
Regional Sewer System your system would be-
come the property of the Town of Gulf Stream.
This approval is given only for sewer tie -in.
