and Axon; Mr. Robinson, Mr. Teel, Mr. Whittemore and Gladys Brisson.
Developer Robinson submitted preliminary plans for apartments on N. Ocean
Blvd. Rev. P1. of blks D & E Palm Beach Shores Acres. Lots 10 to 12 in Blk D.
Detailed plans will be submitted at a later date.
Plans from Developer Harry Teel for apartments on Shore Road were reviewed by
the Planning Board. Lot 14 -A plus the N 25' of Lot 15 -A Blk D - Revised Plat
of Blk D and Blk E less the W. 136' thereof Palm Beach Shores Acres. More
detailed drainage plans to be submitted at another workshop meeting.
UA letter from George W. Wren, engineer with Arthur V. Strock & Assn., was read.
REV Hidden Harbour Estates. Until grading and retention area is finished permits
will not be issued.
The meeting was adjourned.

This letter is to certify that the improvements shown on the approved plans
(Drawing No. 196102.02.003E) as prepared by this office have been constructed
in substantial conformance with said plans, with the exception of additional
grading needed in the retention area.

The press had been notified of this meeting.
Meeting was called to order by Brian Pfeifler.
A. L. Robinson, Developer, submitted preliminary plans for an apartment
building on North Ocean Blvd. E1 Cortiquo

After a review of the plans as submitted by Mr. Robinson, the Planning Board
instructed him meet again with more detailed plans.
Plans from developer Harry Teel for apartments on Shore Road were reveiwed
by the Planning Board. Lot 14 -A plus the N 25' of Lot 15 -A Blk D - Revised
Plat of Blk D and Blk E less the W. 136' thereof Palm Beach Shores Acres.
The Planning board stated they would need a more detailed plan concerning
drainage before any action could be taken.
