The following was discussed:
Present:
1. Swimming pool plans submitted by Mr. Harry Teel for
a four unit apartment (villas) complex were not approved
due to the fact that the swimming pool plans must be
submitted as a commercial pool and not a single residence.

2. A wall surround,,�Mr. Teel's project was approved per plans
to be submitted.y
3. Plans were approved for Mr. and Mrs. Keaping, No Ocean Blvd.
