SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Review City Code 5-6-320 Snowmobile Safety Education Program for Consideration of Repeal. The Code
is ineffective, difficult to enforce and has poor compliance. See attached memo.
Staff recommends that 5-6-320 be repealed.
