SEPTEMBER 9, 1981
Attending: Charles Wanio; William Mayer; James Briggs, Manager of Gulf Stream
Golf Club; Robert Dittman; Bruce Eavenson and Barbara Gwynn, Town
Clerk.
A presentation was made to the Planning Board by Robert Dittman on behalf of
Mr. Bruce Eavenson. The purpose of the meeting was to obtain approval from
the Planning Board for the development of single family housing in Place Au
Soleil, which stated by deed contains reservations for easements and that the
whole parcel of property is one large easement. A copy of said easement is
attached hereto.
Mr. Eavenson needs to obtain permission from the Gulf Stream Golf Club to
build on the easement which is for an 8' water line going across the Club's
property. The Club would need to agree to vacate that particular area, the
water line would be re- routed and inspected for approval by the Golf Club.Pa -Q-+a
The Club would also have access to the new road which would be built by cw.ko
Mr. Eavenson.
Mr. Briggs, Manager of the Gulf Stream Golf Club, feeling there should be no
problems, will talk to the Club about this matter, and would get back with
Mr. Eavenson and Mr. Dittman.
The Board sees no objections, but requests that Mr. Eavenson make sure that
the property would serve only as one lot which could be set forth in the
deed as restrictions. This matter will be brought up at a later date.
