RESOLUTION NO. 2020-007
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN CITY 'PARKING' OR RIGHT-OF-WAY
FOR THE USE OF SNOWMOBILES IN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN
Whereas, Section 75.04 (6) of the Municipal Code of Tiffin provides that snowmobiles
may be operated on designated city 'parking' or right-of-ways, and;
Whereas, those specific areas of city 'parking' or right-of-ways are to be designated by
resolution, and;
Whereas, the City of Tiffin passed Resolution 2019-122, that designates a snowmobile
route in the City of Tiffin and the City of Tiffin desires to designate those areas of
`parking' or right-of-ways' along the snowmobile route where snowmobiles my be
operated,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that the
parking' or Right-of-Way for Highway 6 and Ireland Avenue where the snownlobilie

route has been designated is hereby designated for use by snowmobiles,

Iowa, Councilperson Schnedler introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2020-007, A
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN CITY 'PARKING' OR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR
THE USE OF SNOWMOBILES IN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIF FIN and made a motion
for, approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Olney,
Ayes: Olney, Bartels, Schnedler, Walls, Havens
Nays: one
Absent: one
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2020-007, A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING
CERTAIN CITY 'PARKING' OR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR THE USE OF SNOWMOBILES
IN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN to be adopted and signified his approval of the same
by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 21-t day of January, 2020.
