Recommended Action:
1. Approve the request and suspend the noise ordinance.
2. Approve the fireworks display permit for Winter Carnival 2008 and authorize the Mayor to sign all
necessary documents.
3. Approve a special use permit to the McCall Area Chamber of Commerce for the use of Art Roberts,
Brown and Legacy Parks during Winter Carnival 2008.
