Grant, Jr., Inc. to discuss the drainage project and to try and resolve the problem of drainage onto Shore Drive from the Teel Property. Following this meeting, I met with Mrs. Gwynn to review the progress made. At that meeting, Mr. Bill Simms of John A. Grant, Inc. suggested retainage of overland flow by construction of berms or walls at the south property line, raising the wall at the north property line, redirecting flow from the roofs by guttering, and transferring additional flow to the upper east end of the property by pumping. The upper french drains were to be augmented by regrading to provide additional retention area for percolation. We received revised plans for this work on July 21, 1982 and have reviewed them, finding sufficient storm water retainage has now been provided. At this time no cost estimate for this work has been received; however $12,000 to $14, 000 has been mentioned by Mr. Simms for the grading work (not including the guttering).
