A petition has been received requesting the following Variance Pursuant
to 59 -3 Gulf Stream Code.
That the rear yard set -back be changed to Permit the
construction of a swimming pool and perimeter deck
area five feet from the rear lot line of the follow-
ing described property:
North 50' of Lot 26 and South 50' of Lot 27
Of Gulf Stream Properties according to the
Plat thereof in Plat Book 18, page 27,
Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
The Gulf Stream Planning Board will review the Variance Request on
November 3, 1982 at 9:00 a.m. and the Gulf Stream Commissioners will
conduct a Public bearing at 9:00 a.m., November 12, 1982 at the Gulf
Stream Town Hall, 246 Sea Road, Gulf Stream, Florida and all interested
Persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
